Top tip, just extend those two wires into somewhere accessable in the bay, then if you did wire them wrong you can just switch the extension wires

8:10 Wiring is something I’m pretty good at. I had to rewire 3D printers and run wiring for little RC cars and houses. In fact, to connect some wires for the RC cars, I had to heat up plastic to shrink it but also saudered some wires

BMW makes their plastic coolant hoses with the consistency of chocolate. It breaks if you sneeze too hard. If you take it off, save yourself a headache and replace it.

I highly recommend using splice connectors for the wires at 8:54 lol. Company I work for builds harnesses and I cringed a little when I saw those connectors. They're very cheap and when you heat them up they solder the wires together and they'll also seal them up and protect against water and stuff

Tip for the future if you have to cennect wires serch your car and serch the pin out for your thing you want to cennect it will help a lot so no more 50/50 ods
