Shows how much I pay attention, I didn't even remember you made one of these before. Absolutely wonderful, that central leg, while maybe not out far enough, it moves beautifully. Also, I guess this is after Order 66, it's an Imperial AT-TE. The engineers haven't quite worked out how to make 4 legs work and get it so tall yet.

@mrbyzantine0528 4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I noticed the Empire Roundel as well. This literally must've been immediately after the roundel redesign, before the repainting of everything to grey. And yet, that doesn't make much sense to me. Seems Sideous would prefer having the new roundel and livery scheme debut at the same time...perhaps this one wound up being a testbed and thus kept the crimson of the Republic.
@kalskirata42

I made this set using the instructions you provided and it was the most content ive ever been with a lego set. I built the walking mechanism the same but i didnt have the controller piece so i instead made it move with a crank in the back. I had everything but one of the gear pieces so I took apart my lego technic Cherry Picker to get the piece. I then built my own version of an ATTE with side missiles and a place for a gunman and a pilot. This was the last lego set I ever built and it will forever be my favorite. Thank you for the instructions!
