Is this the color combo you got it in? Looks exactly like a Boston Park Ranger bar

I pretty much just made up the color scheme based on what lenses I had. The bar was missing most of the lenses when I got it.

Im rebuilding a edge 9000. I got the takedowns on the combo corners to turn on but cant get them to flash

There are usually two positive wires, one that makes them steady burn and on for flash. There are PDF manuals online if you search Google for your model. It is also possible that the bar was not designed for multiple functions on the takedowns.

I’m actually planning on custom building Rick’s patrol car from The Walking Dead, including the lightbar. Any tips on how to cut lenses?

I used a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut mine. A bandsaw would probably work better but I did not have one. I recommend going slow or you will actually melt the lens plastic. After the cut, just clean up the ends with some sandpaper and slide them on the bar.

I just got one that needs a complete overhaul as well. What do you use to clean the mirror housing?

I used Meguiars quick detailer on the mirror housing. Any gentle cleaner should work for you. Just be careful of the foil reflecting material, if you rub it too aggressive it can come off.
