Epic build! I love the arrow and how it’s laid in chevron’s SO COOL! This is my favorite method of assembling boards for a radius cut. Your song for needing to rebuild the landing was perfect. Your subscriber designed method is genius as it makes the trail more well rounded and pulls from everyone’s experience.

Got to be one of the coolest and unique looking jumps I’ve seen in a long time!
@johnbagnato38964 жыл бұрын
Dude your content is getting so good! Personally I like to build large jumps like these as more of a step up instead of step down, I would bring the landing height up 2ft and make the gap 5 feet further and it will allow you to hit the jump with more speed without worrying about dropping out of the sky so far, this is how you safely learn to jump big stuff. Cheers!
@chrislukes90374 жыл бұрын
Speaking of hip jump, this arrow design really makes me want it to have the option to take the jump straight on, or off either leading left/right edge of the arrow for a hip jump landing on either of the sides face of the tabletop landing for a 3 way trail split. Does look like those two skinny trees are in the way though, but a tabletop shaped landing seems it would lend well to these options, with essentially 3 faces to land on (if reshaped). Love the arrow styling either way.

I've been making skate ramps since 1984. Love your design. Only I might have tried using 2x12's for the curve on the side instead of 2x4's. It would have needed less pieces and stronger. And, coated deck screws are the best for outdoor ramps. They won't rust. And, if you elevate the corners of the ramp with a brick so the wood doesn't touch the ground then the wood won't rot and crumble. Anytime wood touches the dirt it gets attacked by worms and insects and it stays wet. Years of experience. I love watching all ramp videos.
