@@SamMillerLife definitely but I think increasing the breach between the less privileged people and the ones who want to run an Airbnb business is increasing as more people invest in these, kicking out the people increasing the living cost of the safe places they had it is NOT a good way at all.

@@JuanSRC airbnb is accelerating the tip of the Gentrification wave for sure. Is "not participating" going to stop it? Nope. I'm open to any ideas. It's accelerated economic development.

@@SamMillerLife of course it's going to help, if the life cost increases in a specific place the people who lived there for generations will move to some other places where the conditions might be worse, even if the impact is not that big they will definitely have problems to continue their lives as they are used to. The real solution to this is to draw a geographic spaces for this kind of stuff, here we have the POT which is where we define how and when are going to perform those changes in a city geographical space. merging stuff like airbnb and less privileged people's homes definitely is not going well and we already know how that goes in places like Spain.
