Building an ATV Snow Plow - Part 1

First video of the homemade ATV snow plow build series.
I first started designing the project in 3D. This plow is made to fit the 2008 Arctic Cat Thundercat atv, and it will have a quick release system.
Here, in part 1, I started building the frame for the snow plow blade.

Naparádu. Dobrá práca hlavne výhoda je ten 3D model ja som to musel všetko pracne robiť na dielni- Pokus Omyl. Akurát som rebrovanie nedával profil ale výpalok z 5mm plechu.

73 SUPERGLIDE Honestly, the first thought that crossed my mind is to go to kfc, buy a bucket of hot wings and put them on it. lol (Idk if your question was serious or just a random thought)

Instead of bending the vertical tubing it would have been stronger to use plate steel cut in the radius

Yes, that would've worked too, but at that moment it was just easier for me to bend the vertical tubing. :)

At the 1 min mark how long are the square tubes and what bend degree is that

At 01:00 the square tubes are cut to about 480 mm, and I can't remember the angle they were bent to, but I can tell you that the chord lenght is about 430 mm

Sorry but I don't have a complete blueprint. I started from a sketch in Catia and after that I just kept improvising and adjusting along the way

Thank you. I assumed that but thought I'd ask. With my ATV trailer and sand blaster I did a sketch but it was only a thought. I've started to sketch up my plow and hope it turns out as good as yours. Thanks for sharing
