Building An INVINCIBLE Deck | Part 2

Today we get move along with the post, beam, ledger and rim joists on this build. Despite the shenanigans on day one we’re doubling up the ledger. We use Steel post and beams and OC Lumber composite joists for the frame.

How much more is using steel posts and composite joists over treated lumber? My dream is to replace my rotting deck with something like this, budget and finding a person to do the work is the issue. Mostly budget.
