Is there any limit on the # of decks you can cast with raft foundation?

That would be advised by the structural engineer and would determine the dept and thickness of the raft… so yes but going hire will mean a deeper raft, in my opinion.

The prices of things when the project started is not same as at today… and you cannot finish a hotel of this magnitude, including furniture and generators, with that amount…

Nigerian contractors or engineers still have a big problem with their finishing, look at the edges of the door frame, the plastering was poorly done, paint or pop stains are all over the doors and frame, how can you explain that to the owner?
