I admire the quality you have to laugh at a bad situation because when it really comes down to it most things are only minor setbacks or inconveniences. It is easy to get worked up over the small stuff and the little things then turns into a big thing. You set a great example not only for your family but all of us watching as well.

I really love how you made these doors. The Ducks & Moose seemed eagerly happy to see you this morning. When I do my meatloaf, I also add, onion diced, celery diced, green pepper diced, grated carrot like you did, along with my eggs, & if I don't have bread crumbs, I use Quaker oatmeal. I top it off with a picante sauce, put in my crock, or oven. Great looking dinner, Gina. I love yams & beets too. I get tired of mashed potatoes.
