This channel is awesome! Production, editing, content is all fire. Can't wait for more. I would make the suggestion of making video Playlist for each of your projects so once you get multiple projects going at once ppl can watch a project start to finish without looking for videos. Obviously not an issue at the moment but something to think about

The fishin' lure business is obviously pretty good right now, and being a popular KZbinr doesn't hurt. Flair has all kinds of projects going on. Good job on his house, I'd be thrilled to live in the bunker. I can't imagine what the house will be like. If I lived out there I'd be bugging you for a job. Need a good painter that can read a tape, run saws and speak Spanish fluently? I have years of experience painting FL condos and mansions. And I lived in Central America for a long time.

Love your channel, Brad! You are a pro at this as well as home design and building. I laughed so hard at you getting all the rig drivers to blow the horn. When I was a kid, I grew up in the prairies (Saskatchewan) and often times the railroad would run parallel to the highways. I'm going to date myself here with this message... This is way back before seatbelts were a thing, etc. We had a station wagon that we would literally hop the seat into the back, play games (like board games) and then hop back to have lunch or whatever in the backseat. Often we would go to drive-ins or even just driving at night, my parents would bring pillows and blankets or sleeping bags and we'd stretch out in the back, haha. Anyways, when we would be on the highway and a train would be running beside us, we would roll down the windows (literally... roll the windows down), hang ourselves out (to shoulders only - any further wasn't safe!) and do the tugging motion you did for the train engineers to blow the horns. We'd do the same for semis, though of course we wouldn't need to hang out the window. Most of the time the rig driver, train conductor/engineer guys would do it. My parents literally had a little notebook in the glove box and would keep score of who got the most horns over the summer, haha. I hadn't thought of that in 20+ years, Brad. Like I said, I'm dating myself, but it was a lot of fun! Great job on the projects - house, bardominium/shop, etc. You really are a talented guy! Heather 🇨🇦

Those were the good old days! We would do the same thing on road trips as kids. From the backseat we would try our best to get the truck drivers to Blow the Horn. We learned this from our Dad who used to drive semi full of Pigs in his younger years. Good old fashion fun!!🤠

My favorite part of building a house is evaluating the land, setting up the driveway, clearing the lot, just everything about the upfit of the property. I enjoy the whole thing from begining to end but that is my favorite part.
@BradtheBuilder2 жыл бұрын
Lee, it sounds like you have a good eye for building a home! You’re right, the very first part is getting a feel for the land and where the views are so you can start designing the home to fit the lot! 👍🎺
