Brother I noticed that the workers are not wearing steel toe boots. Is this because they can't afford proper footwear on this type of job site. I am not judging. It is just an observation. I'm concerned about a major foot injury happening during the build. Please The flip flops and soft shoes seems very risky. If price is an issue, please tell me what a pair of steel toe boots cost in Ghana.

Good observation , the cost of safety wears is not a big issue, most Ghanaian labour workers are not used to wearing safety boots and more over they complain of the Heat using it.its warm here and they work under the sun which makes sweat alot and feels uncomfortable....this something we have to educate them about
