Building India's Fastest A45S AMG - Part 1

In this Episode we Dynotest the A45S that came to us with some issues. Our first step was to figure out what went wrong and how to prevent such issues from happening again.
Since the newer cars with the Bosch MGD1 ECU have the latest Tuner Protection, we had to check if this ECU is Tunable or not and order the required ECU Cables so that Bench Flashing becomes easy.
During the shooting of this Video the TCU was LOCKED and couldn't be tuned. However, at the time of posting this video, the TCU has been cracked by BFlash and we are waiting on the TCU Cable to arrive so we can get cracking on the Stage 2 build.
We also install a modded CPC Module to remove the inherent VMAX & Torque Limiters that will allow us to take full advantage of the ECU & TCU Tunes.
In Part-II we do all the Stage 2 mods on this A45 and try to get it into the 11s.

Nicee CPC and TCU can be unlocked now. Without turbo upgrades can get 550 bhp just normal stage 2. Can't wait.

550HP would be difficult without fuelling upgrades and/or a bigger turbo. Let's see.

Anticipating the release of Part 2 for this build with great enthusiasm! I'm hoping that it will comprehensively delve into the flashing process of ECU , TCU (not the trade secret sections 😝)and down pipe installation part without skipping, fulfilling the expectations of an enthusiast like myself 🥹. Additionally, I'm looking forward to a longer episode duration. Kudos for presenting such an engaging series! 😍

As an A45S stage 2 owner myself I have a few questions, 1. when is part 2 coming out? 2. are you gonna run 98 octane or do you have access to e85 on pump there like we do in australia? if you do how are you going to combat fueling issues with DI Injectors? fuel cell corrosion and weak lpfp? 3. when going above 550bhp it is heard that rods will start being at risk of bending - will you be pulling the engine out and doing a piston/rod setup on it?. 4. the head on this car is quite a weak point, the reason the car runs so much boost from factory is due to a quite poor head design that dosent flow well, if you bored the head you could flow more air with less boost pressure resulting in more power & reliability, are you going to be going down this route? look forward to hearing your answers as i play to pull the engine out on mine and work with these issues shortly.

This is going to be a Stock Turbo, Stock engine, Stock transmission build for pump gas (95 RON and 100 RON). We don't get Ethanol in India. Part 2 will be out soon. Just waiting for our schedule to clear up a bit so we can start this build.
