Here is a quick look at the Step-By-Step Process we follow at Harmonixx Tuning while tuning any car.
1. Mandatory Physical Inspection to check for Oil/Coolant Leaks & any other physical damages.
2. Datalogging the Stock Car to check for any issues that don’t show up in the physical inspection.
3. Dynotesting the Stock Car to establish Base Line Numbers.
4. Fitting of Parts & Flashing of Tunes.
5. Datalogging the Tuned car to ensure everything is working as it should.
6. Dynotesting the Tuned car to get the Final Tuned Numbers.
7. Disabling Dyno-Mode & Clearing any DTCs that maybe present.
8. Road Test to ensure everything is working as it should.

Is there an error in calibration of the dyno..? Since the dyno power is more than the rated power..

Dynos read differently based on a lot of factors. And no two dynos of different brands read the same. Then you have the weather correction in different cities etc. We use the dyno to mainly check Delta Figures (difference between the stock & tuned numbers). And that's all that matters.

How long does it take to tune a car end to end?

Depends on the Hardware that goes into these builds. 1-3 days depending on the car and the amount of work. If it's software only and no hardware mods, then around 2-3hrs.
