Thank you for sharing the good content. When you started sharing what you really think, and really believe it got great! Thank you for not being afraid to be open and honest. Haters will hate. Can't fix them. Only God can.

Hi Judy, I stand with you. Red pilled. Stay true, keep the Faith. Keep listening to the burden on your heart, there are people who will be blessed by your sharing. And the others.... oh well...they missed it, had ears but couldn't hear. Deception and denial ride in on different stations... a sad situation because they are sure they are right. Holding hands and agreeing to disagree doesn't work because if you compromise truth it's a lie

Oh my word, it was SO refreshing to hear y’all talk so boldly of your faith and how God has used these hard circumstances (sandpaper people) to make you into his image. You and Danny are so gracious. People hated Jesus’ message too, but he had to share, it was crucial. So MUCH enjoyed hearing you two speak up for Christ and his mission for you

I commend both of you for sharing not only great content on nutrition but also your faith. I was shocked when you talked about how you two drew strength from the scriptures in hard times when others were crucifyiing you. I too didn't want to step out in my ketogenic way of eating because of controversy from others who disagree and also my athlete friends. I started keto in 2014 and lost 40 lbs and won 8 medals with open/elite racquetball, do martial arts, and now I'm consistently lifting weights with slow progress. I'm working on a book I'm writing titled Keto is a Way to go. Your podcast gave more of a backbone to share my faith concerning ketogenic lifestyle. 🙏

I had to stop the interview at the point where you both discussed the vitamin A toxicity. When I first heard the interview, I knew what courage it took to put out such an opposing view and I wish I had thanked you then. It was brave and it made me think and reflect on my approach to my diet and I appreciate what it took for you to bring that information out to all of us. Thank you! 🤗

Because of ppl like you Judy we are all here just learning and are in a better place. And by putting yourself out there at risk, to me you have put yourself on another level. Our heart always knows the answer before our brain.

Wow. Talk about perfect timing as this interview addresses what's missing in most conversations of late... balance. Thank you both for spreading a much-needed light on why it is so important to think for ourselves no matter what someone else does or says. N=1 has become my rule of thumb.
