Loved this conversation, Jim Thanks to you I so far have read 5 books and have another 2 on the go and I have just started to do weights training at the gym and I don't like it however I have committed myself to go hard for 6 weeks Thanks to my meditation practice I find myself going into that state to push myself that little harder to overcome my mind from say I can't do this, I was good at making excuses in the passed and I love my couch 😆 I also do 7 yoga lessons a week and I love my yoga classes 🙏 you guys are awesome and inspiring for having the passion and love for others to want to help them change for the better , I have so much love for you all 🙏💞

Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. Getting older does have to mean getting sicker. We still strive for a strong body, calm mind, & positive outlook. The content you present is very helpful.

Just started reading Spartan up - and this crazy thought came to my mind...maybe I'd want try? No decision's made yet and as I read the book, it does scare me yet there's that small part of my wanting to try out of curiosity (and walking and climbing are not my thing even though I'd do reasonable amount of exercises not the spartan level...) - curiosity is a dangerous thing...

Comfort is a dangerous place to be for too long. I'm getting better at those cold showers and now I actually like them! I'm also working on waking up earlier :)

How do we refresh our brain ??? I am eager to learn but sometimes some books are difficult to understand and that is making me sleepy and lowering my will to read that book in time . So any advice ??

It's yog'a' not yoga its bigger picture, western yoga is just excercisial form , these were done by yogis of ancient time and they do complex* form of meditation many layers (like Jesus or Musa or David or paramanand yogahana), otherwise when you are in that State some called christ or bhuddha (one from of meditation out of 108 given by lord shiva), your body can't take that energy you may go mad or die ,so this is nesscary. Basic excerise of "yogic excerise" is made for us everyone can do but don't confuse yourself with real Yog-a' that's very very complex topic not everyone knew and we all are kids of Himalay-a whatever race or clour or belief you have. And beaware people who talk great things on name of religion and don't make anyone guru(warning it's your fault then don't start same I'll about any great culture, stay awake) just learn you are your own guru.
