I find being good at the trivial stuff helps you more so than just focusing on the big shiny things The term "well-rounded" comes to mind Your chats are also most refreshing and are well rounded As for being a creature of habit, that's how I roll. Years of military life have enforced this into my day to day activities, timings, and family duties

Kids are great when they are young and full of beans for your conditioning and mobility, we would always wrestle before dinner, the kids loved beating on me, and to say it didn't get my heart rate up trying to keep up with them when the kept tagging each other in, or, all attacking me at the same time would be a understatement The only sad thing is they have grown up, and you have to stop "letting them win" because you struggle to just keep up with them Now, with them all in their mid to late 20's, their mother needs to tell them to "take it easy on the old man" when we decide to "have a roll" for old times sake LOL, their mother still stands over the top us, giving them tips on how to get me pinned, or, when she thinks "the old man has had enough" 😂 Good times

@ that sounds great! Thank you, I’m recovering from knee replacement surgery, and got the green light to start kettlebell training again, so your book is perfect timing for this.

Hey Pat! What do you recommend / prefer for building size and strength: 3 sets of 8 reps w/ double 16's, or 3 sets of 3 reps w/ double 24's?
