Man, I'm glad your videos made it into my frontpage. It's awesome seeing kids working on some badass cars like this on their own, reminds me of the good times with my dad rebuilding old Fox bodies and Camaros. I felt the same way when I was younger with my first few cars, they were boring and not for me. I'm 30 years old now, and I own an iteration of the car I always wanted when I was a kid (tuned Nissan 370z with FBO) and it makes me very happy to see the next generation coming up and getting their own kickass dream cars!

Love your passion for the ole Z.. I have one too.. a 79 with an 80 front clip… building a 383 stroker with AFR heads… and a four speed Muncie … should be a blast !! Sure is expensive lol

I'm so glad I subbed. This trip you have taken me on with the car is so awsome! My first car was a 68 Coronet I got for 75$ and I got a 69 Coronet wagon for the motor out of a field for 100$ (318). Replaced the freeze plugs and went on my way, I didn't have the coin you have, different times:) Thank you so much for the vids.

It seems I watched your videos out of order. I used to have a 74 Nova that had a 350 4 bolt main 60 over. Strong engine. Sounds like I got some competition. Also, half of it is the car and the other half is you not being a jerk. You are a likeable guy. Stay that way and that will help the car culture be more relaxed. There are some overly confident guys sometimes but just be cool man. And humble. Don't let anyone talk you into selling your car. Not your girlfriend or a wife. Many guys have and regret it. I stood my ground and kept my 73 C10 Cheyenne super 10 with a 454. I had it before I got married. I'll have it when I'm not married.

That car scoots! You mentioned at the end of the video you want more power. Invest in a set of AFR Enforcer 195 heads. Affordable and will make that car way faster.

If you ever need some 3D modeling of your Camaro, I can help ya out, also a quick fun fact my step dad’s cousin’s the founder of Lucas oil. I helped my step dad’s cousin’s son Morgan Lucas a few times with his top fuel car and team with 3d modeling a new chassis for his old dragster before he retired.

Nice! What headers and x pipe did you buy? Seems to fit well.
@3generation_racing658
@3generation_racing658 Жыл бұрын
the headers are a stainless steel street stock hooker blackheart set. they were pretty cheap. BUT the stainless steel wasn’t really stainless it was more so a coating so i coated mine anyway. and they don’t come with flanges on the end to bolt on the exhaust. we welded those on. part # 2552-2HKR. the x-pipe was a universal kit. part # SUM-642130. however we did something’s to make it fit better. we took a pipe expander to get more movement. thanks for commenting and anymore questions feel free to ask!
