Hey Jordan. I owned a 1999 SVT Cobra back in 2000 while i was a student in Washington D.C. After driving it a few montsh i took it to Woodbridge Dynotech in Virginia for a supercharger installation. I believe my car was the first '99 model that the shop worked on. We were able to get 450 hp to the wheels with the Vortech supercharger with stock internals. Unfourtanetly I had to sell her in 2001 because i moved back home overseas. Watching your videos bring a lot of good memories. Hope you grow the channel fast!

@@Jordancraigmiller Hey bro. No, i was in the US for college, i'm Turkish. Tried to ship the car from D.C to Istanbul in 2001 but it was costing me an insane amount of money. A brand new 5.0 GT here costs around USD 300k!! Cheers bro, good luck with the channel.

Hey man great videos, I don’t know how I found them but I’ve been binge watching them for hours today! Great stuff and kinda you say what most car guys think when stuff keeps breaking on our Cobras! Oh ooooh and the “I should by a house on this street” when you were at the Dyno !!! Priceless!!!! Killed me 🤣😎🤣😎🤣 Keep going man, I’m one step behind you I don’t have the upgraded blower .... yet. Cheers 🥃🥃🇺🇸

Good thing is we can learn a lot and teach the younger cobra kids haha!

Yeah hopefully they're not hard headed. Wife told me to get a newer mustang too and all thats going to do is be more expensive, so she was like just keep it then.

I'm sorry to hear all the problems with the cobra but it is a badass car and don't give up! I have a 2013 coyote, hoping to get a calimer stage 3 mt-82 and new rear end. Then 2022 hopefully on3 twins. I watched all 38 minutes and I cant wait to see more videos of your cobra!

Building your dream car is always fun. I've spent the last 2 years doing mine. An 03 Mach 1 with built engine, ported Eaton swap, auto swap, and full adjustable suspension. New edge mustangs are great cars!

It's been a crazy journey watching you build this car especially with everything else going on in 2020. Hopefully 2021 will bring great things and we'll get some more awesome Cobra content. Happy new year! Edit: I made it to the end of the video...I can't believe something else broke! I could tell when you did that pull getting on the highway something looked wrong. Look at the bright side, eventually nothing will break because everything will be brand new!
@Jordancraigmiller4 жыл бұрын
Happy New year bro! Yes the tensioner snapped in half. Talked to LPF and a few other experienced Cobra veterans and nobody has ever seen that before. It broke 2-3 of my new LPF pulleys and my crank pulley as well. Will have all that fixed soon hopefully!
@JordanSVT4 жыл бұрын
@@Jordancraigmiller Wow, that's crazy. I know the stock pulleys can explode over time but nothing like that.

@@JordanSVT The pulley itself didn't explode but did break off the arm of the tensioner and then ping pong all my other new pulleys lol.

great vid man. My recommendation would be a stock tensioner with the metco support bracket
@Jordancraigmiller4 жыл бұрын
Going to go stock for now, If I did a support bracket it would be LPF! But that actually wouldn’t have helped me with how mine broke 😅

Awesome video awesome car, Do u put a lot of miles on this car?? Maybe u need a cheap GT to daily, terminators aren’t the most dependable mustang as u can see. I was just wondering because the way this was filmed it seemed like it was breaking immediately after fixing but I assumed u were just showing highlights..Anyway I just found ur channel love the content can’t wait to see more...

Thanks man! I have a 2002 Buick as a daily. I have to travel a lot for work and never know what roads will be like so the Buick is nice because it’s like a lil mini suv lol. Around October-December it was problem after problem. Seems the torque from the Whipple was just breaking and and all small aged parts lol.
@NewEdgeDesigns3 жыл бұрын
@A Fera if ur commenting on my comment, I know these cars r super reliable, I said they weren’t the most dependable mustang, only because of the extra parts they have it’s only common sense...The 4.6 2 valve and older 5.0 pushrod will have less issues, but both r very dependable cars especially for a performance car...Probably some of the most dependable on the road...
