i like it that people say, " im going to make a track, its going to be cool" and two days later, they have a track, but me on the other hands, thinks about making track, watches 40 vids on how to, waits 2 months, builds a crappy track tha i dont like and never use, then think about changing it, so watch 20 more vids, starts making better track, and never finish. smh, props to you people who have a dream and chase it. love for all of yall and love from lakewood washington. i love your chanel, because nobody really goes over cheap rc car, and if they do, banggood sends them to people so they cant do honest reviews. :)

Bro I used to 11/2 carpet race at Vauxhall's in Luton back in the 80s we all ways suffered radio interference with static , mind you its was back in the old coloured crystal days 🤣

I lifted up one of my carpet tiles that I put down four-five years ago. Stuck it on there with double sided tape when I put it down the first time. It was near impossible to get back up. Just a warning. At least go for a not too sticky double sided tape. :D

Try sticking the 3M hook and loop......hook part only on the back of your green carpet bits that fit inside your barrier shapes should keep it all in place until you want to pull it up. In my experience the hook part sticks to most types of carpet for your type of need

To keep the banking after you've cut the carpet off the roll, take off any remaining carpet and stick the track carpet back onto the cardboard roll. get some of that triangle wood they use for felting flat roofs as a wedge to stop the roll moving. now when you need to get the carpet up you just roll it back onto the tube and stand it up out of the way. #yourwelcome... hope that all makes sense

Looks ideal, I was racing on carpet tracks back in the 80s. My favourite? The Mini Stox of course! The first time I ever saw them was at a club in Deal in Kent. I laughed my a%*& off!! 🤣

Wow, Phil, that carpet just gave you the perfect alternative to the excessive reverb - it actually sounds good, now. When you moved in there and were using your camera mic the verb was everywhere and for me, it was like being in a band, walking into a school gymnasium and feeling my heart sink as the resident verb told me this was gonna be a long night. Now, as I listen it sounds pleasant - as if it had been added in post. You have a good, close-up voice but not so dry it becomes tiresome. The way that reverb has changed with your new carpet installed, there's just the right amount of 'wetness'. I wouldn't look for ways to dampen it any further. Your audio sounds great!
