The advice about looking for tightness in both the pivot and the lock bar are cruuuuucial. I have micarta on at least 5 of my seki backlocks and finding that balance between the pivot and the lock is probably the most important adjustment after reassembly. It means the difference between a knife that snaps open and shut and one that sort of scrapes and claws its way open and shut. What I do is go as tight as I can before it gets scrapy…back off a little bit more then check the alignment with a backlight. If things are wonky, just hold the knife up to your phone screen and you’ll easily be able to see what needs tightening, loosening, etc. You’ll also be able to spot any of the barrels that might need a little more encouragement to pop into the scales.

It would be awesome to see similar RC Bladeworks scales and MXG Gear deep carry titanium pocket clip on a Spyderco Stretch👍 I personally prefer the Spyderco Stretch over the Endura because of its forward finger choil and curve in the spine of its blade that acts as a great place to rest your thumb while choking up on the blade👍

Thank you for the tutorial I just purchased Endurance 4 Edella Warned Cliff and RockJumpre Warned Cliff I don't like the FRN scales because they tear up the pockets on my like fabric shorts I've had the nice for about 2 months now and I think the best suited for chino pants or jeans I I look for replacement scales but couldn't find them in here you are replacing yours I'm concerned if I order them I'm going to end up losing all the screws etcetera any advice

As I mentioned I have the Endurance 4 Edella Warned Cliff and RockJumpre I changed out the factory clips for Titanium fortunately I have a screwdriver that's magnetic so it wasn't that hard to put the screws in there one at a time but it was a challenge

January this year 2024 I purchased my Escort Brulp Micarta and the new Drop Bear I had to adjust the Omega springs on both of the knives and also changed out the factory thumb studs for red that is the most I've done to my EDC I would like to change the FRN scales but I concern I would break something I did change the factory clips for Titanium deep pocket clips😊
