I suggest putting molang below the gpu because most of the heat exits to the backplate of your gpu and molang might melt a little and stick to the backplate. Anyways, you have wonderful setup! White builds are so comforting to look at

I have the same case, and I love it. Totally underrated, IMO. The Lian Li 205 Mesh comes with 3 RGB fans already. I went a step further and modded my GPU with white vinyl wrap and an RGB backplate. My keyboard of choice was the Roccat Vulcan, and I use some white LG 32" monitors. Otherwise, our setups are not that different. I even use the same kind of power supply and motherboard (but the AMD version). Good job

Hooray for having your boyfriend build your first PC!!! (That’s what I did too 😅😎) it turned out really beautiful. The first games I played were Stardew, Genshin and Potion Craft!!! It nice to have access to everything you can’t with consoles.

oh, that's so interesting. Having to remove the glass like that to gain access to the inner workings. I have a Lian Li Lancool II Black with RGB front panel Mid Tower. The glass on both sides has hinges also purchased at a micro center. Love the look of your build!!!

There would be no issues at all because it’s just the cooler, if u did want to be simpler and you are going with the kraken that had the cool screen on it, Corsair has their version of it too for the same price🤷🏽‍♂️

im late to the party but if anyone sees this video and is looking to build this PC....don't. unless you have the budget for it here are my tweaks: cut the corsair dominator ddr5, its like 75% of the price for the 3060 for only 32gb...just get teamgroup ddr5 or like trident or even a different kind of corsair ram, its not worth it for this level build. you also don't need ddr5 for this build lol 16 gigs of ddr4 will be amazing too but if you want ddr5 so you don't have to replace it for a while then that's my take put that extra $250 into getting an nvme SSD because its much faster than a regular ssd or hard drive i would also upgrade the GPU, paying $500 for a 3060 is actually insane, you can get an rx 7600, rx 6750xt, rx 6700, or if you want to stay with nvidia id get an rtx 3070 (most likely used but brand new is also great if you can get it for a reasonable price) or a brand new rtx 4060 for about $300 that outperforms the 3060...even a 3060 ti is a better choice considering you spent $200 on the cpu and a whopping $300 on the ram if you get any of these gpus id get a 750-850 watt power supply for upgradeability and id just get it in black because you cant see the psu with this case anyways and you're paying extra for it being in white. the cpu is a bit overkill but i guess that can be okay for upgradeability down the line id just get an i5 12400f or if you want an amd cpi then maybe a ryzen 5 5500 (if you stick with the rtx 3060 for a MUCH better price) or a ryzen 5 5600/5600x if you don't have the money for a $250 cpu lol if you want an am5 cpu then the ryzen 5 7600 is the best starting point. your aio is mounted as exhaust which means you have two intake fans and three exhaust, which is negative pressure. you want either neutral or positive pressure, so id spend some of your extra money from the ram change (please for the love of GOD get different ram..you don't really see the corsair dominator until you reach like $3k to $4k builds) on some extra fans to mount at the bottom of the case as intake, or get a case that has more fans that come with it so if you mount an aio you have positive or neutral pressure OR drop the aio entirely and get an air cooler for your cpu. this will most definitely work for the gpus i mentioned above. and lastly never pay full price for a windows key, you can get them for like $20 basically everywhere else or you can just leave it unactivated if you don't care overall its a good build and its not like any of the parts are bad but you're overspending for certain parts and underpaying for others because they (look nicer?) i'm not really sure what the reasoning was, your boyfriend did a great job putting it together, but for most people this build is horribly optimized and im pretty sure your gpu is bottlenecking your CPU. it will work it will play games but you can squeeze out more performance from it with $1700, WAY more, especially if you're buying used you can even get more performance for less money than this

I would get the coiled cable but if I’m not gonna lie everything for me is wireless which helps a lot with cable management all of the cable is for the mother board and Rtx etc. but yeah it is nice having a wireless it’s the keyboard mouse headphones everyyything wait I forgot about the mic as I’m staring at it and monitor which is like 1% hard
