I can't imagine that that bed is not going to be very stable. I'd like to see a follow-up video of him putting a mattress on that frame and actually sitting on the edge of the bed.

How much overhang on the sides and bed end please mate? 300mm all round? Dont want to make the base unstable 😉

Yh 300mm on both sides and 600mm on the bed end

How does it balance it self? Does it lean forward sometimes if some heavy weight is in the front

Long as your bottom base is right leant it will be balanced. Just screw the bed fream with the base

No, you can jump on the edge and still won't tip over if you balance it correctly.

Yes, I used 2×4 but you can double its up if you want
