Happy you're back at Simon's! I reconize this typical English humor, which my English friends also have, with the same jokes. Say hello to Simon, I missed him and the workshop, and all the dwellers there and ofcouse.....the invisable dog!!! XXX

Love your streams , live in the midwest where when its too cold, or too much snow to ride , So I jump on your stream just to know Tomboy is taking me for a ride that day or nite .. great project by the way

Interested to see how this build goes. My hardtail days are long gone, my XS650 chop being sold back in the 90s. Seeing the workshop reminded me of my late friend, Steve, who was always building something in his garage. Usually out of what he could find amongst his spares. The best was a Honda 250 hardtail, that cost him £150, to build and get on the road. He used that bike to commute to work for about 4 years! It never let him down and he said if it ever did, and he couldn't fix it at the side of the road, he could just leave it there and it would owe him nothing.

TomBoy Fantastic "Shop" video! I love the way you torture Simon and visa versa. Epic! 🤣🤣 This is my favorite channel. I have never seen a beautiful Lady so happy to get a set of Drill bits in my life! I can't breath here. 😆 It's great that you like doing the work on your own build. That will make it more special when it's finished. That's only if Simon lets you!! I can't wait for the next video! That is a Beautiful graphic on the helmet! Ride SAFE and BE safe

Okay, never mind. I heard it later in the video. By the way, I like your choices of music.

Yay, Deimante is back in the shop. Will she get her two flapper disks? Will she arrive early on Monday and get the frame into the jig? Will Simon hid her new set of sharp drills? Tune in next week for the D & Simon show (will he still have invisible treats for the invisible dog?).

Very existing this build. Have a 96 1200 stripped ready for chopping again. Have a 2 under springer and 16inch front wheel. Going for low bobber. That helmet. Faarrrkkkkking awesome!

I taught a lot of women how to ride a bike using my Triumph Tr-6 with a hard tail and magneto. The bike is low and very light weight. With a hard tail the chain is much longer lasting. A sprung seat is a blessing. I wore out a hard tail and replaced it because it was a bolt on. My good quality Renolds chain was holding the back end of the bike together.

Can't wait to see what you build Diamante. Don't know if you've ever come across her but there's a young Canadian woman, Angel who's really into old Harley's with a KZbin channel called Red Rider. She's built a old custom shovel head that's very steampunk and the coolest Harley I've ever seen. She's also a bloody good mechanic doing videos on how to rebuild transmissions and all sorts Harley.

@@MINTCUSTOM5 Yep all true. Speedo was on backorder for 3 years. I figured 10,000 for a back tires and 20,000 for the front ones.Went through 3 belts. Change the fluids and filters as needed. Carburetor was just cleaned for the first time in 25 years. Even with a carb full of crap the bike still tried to run. Many people have gotten huge amounts of mileage from EVO Sportsters. It did sit for 4 years while I was using my URAL side car outfit because I needed the stability of 3 wheels. I needed a new ignition switch, battery,carb cleaning but no one would do anything to it because it was over 10 years old. She is like a dog 🐶 that has been rehomed. Out lasted all of my Hondas put together.

I'm sitting here trying to keep up with all the Bike-builds that have been started, but not been ridden or sold..., and then the next build starts!! This is doing my head in. If those Legs (for only £150?) have been shaved Simon, then that means it must obviously be a Female bike. Three months to get tis Build done and on the road.... dream on guys, that is a "Dei 'n Si feat" that has never been accomplished.
@MINTCUSTOM55 ай бұрын
Apex is finished and ridden.... Jonesy has gone off for new wiring...... Do we sit and wait around for that to come back or start the new build? 🤔 erm.... obviously start the new one 🤦♂️😁

@@MINTCUSTOM5 like you two, I can rarely be serious in this shite world, so I often write nonsense, so don't take me serious.
