I think an Apartment suitable for AirBnB for business will make good sense. Don’t put structure that will not generate income. What should be in your head now at your young age should be how to generate more income. So, put a good apartment for tourists on that ground. God bless you Dee

I am 69 years old and I cried when you showed your beginning..a similar reminder to mine..but I am retired living similar to your today's house.. except i have ONE family HEALTHY grown independent of each other a resident of Canada since 1976...always employed...lots of us go abroad and sit back go on the DOLE.. You and your siblings will be very MUCH successfull as long as you're all TRUE to yourselves.....

This is a great idea. Please remember to clean up and fix the old home, rent it create a book place where others can come to read. Then you can sell coffee , tea, snacks to the people who come to the store to read books.

A good paint job and cleaning were needed. I hope it was done. I can't believe you all left the place so dirty. Also build a proper bathroom and toilet for people. This is 2022. You can rent there to get money to help you with your home. It was nice of your father to give you the land. If you are interesting in fruit trees, you can plant well laid out fruit trees at the back of your land and become a supplier. That can be started now. A few breadfruit and mango trees in the mix. Forget animals and poultry because you will never be there to clean up the mess. Make sure that the place is properly walled to make the place look attractive and not shacky. Also building a complex with four townhouses can be built for renting or four separate two or three bedroom rental cottages. That money will help to cover all expenses. With all that land, I would make sure other income is coming in. Get a good architect to assist you. Don't create a yard type looking housing area for tenants. A house alone is for the rich. You need to look for ways to generate money.
