the thing with Deadzone is you can never really have enough terrain, the more the merrier. That includes scatter such as boxes which gives you something to hide behind and block clear shots. I'd also recommend looking at getting a ramp or two (uncertain scenery do some MDF ones). I also got some MDF 'risers' made by Warbases to quickly add height to areas of my table.

Bridges between blocks always look good and aid game play. A ramp upto level 1 wouldn’t go amiss either

We have tons of ramp bits to build. Ramps are something we haven't thought of so thanks for pointing out that one 👍

So, both starter packs, what other terrain bundles did you end up using for these? I ended up with both starter sets and a ruined city set, gave me a decent set if terrain. I did build mine in smaller modular pieces so they can be used in a larger number of layouts, pushing the different modules up against each other as needed. These buildings are brill for spray painting. A good share is buying the grey primer pro-cote from tool station as its a great shade of grey to base coat the buildings, is a large 500ml can, plastic friendly and at least half the price of citadel sprays with more paint. I then followed other Deadzone terrain build videos and lightly from a bigger distance and an upward angle sprayed a dusting of Wraithbone until I got the effect I wanted. It's two starters and then some bits Rob had Nick so not 100% sure. We've got tons of walkways and bits n bobs to build up next. Then painting 🎨
