Seeing these houses, and knowing that most single rooms in the house they demoed are larger than my entire house makes me contemplate what the heck I'm doing with my life.
@christianhernandez97855 ай бұрын
They grow into these houses so don't feel to bad. Like buy a 200,000 dollar house sell it when you pay it off then buy a 350,000 and then 500,000 and so on and so forth and by the time your 50 or 60 you should be in a 800,000 dollar home if you don't just spend money on every impulsive thing you want lol and it's a lot of dedication and 2 incomes help
@debbiec62165 ай бұрын
The homes are nice. I don't want to live in a huge home. I like my "average home" it's comfortable living here. It's clean, decorated very nice , our yard is landscaped. It's not a Million Dollar home, but these homes have tripled in cost. They sell at $650K now (existing homes)!! The new homes cost more $800K .
@Alex.AL_265 ай бұрын
These homes are nice but not something you get as a first house. It may take 30 or 40 years to get something like that. Sure I would love a 20,000 sqft house like that one day but right now I am more than happy in my normal 6,000 sqft house, just have to appreciate what you currently have.
@Josh-ww5kz5 ай бұрын
Personally even if I had that much wealth I wouldn't be buying a place like that where you have to hire people to do your landscaping for you every week. I'm very much so a person who likes doing there own work (within reason that doesn't require a bunch of school kind of thing, electrical, etc) I'd find my lifestyle and personal space too "open" if I had a bunch of people coming by every week just to weed my garden for me.

For security and privacy. Some HOAs are not bad at all so if you can find one that gives you that then you're golden. I know HOAs get a bad rep cause of videos you see online, I live in one but they've never bothered me once about anything other than leaving my bins outside before trash day. Other than that they've been good but like I said, there are bad ones run by Karens that will come at you for anything.
