I have learned so many cool things watching your channel. When I first started using Mach 3 about 1 1/2 years ago. I was watching your Mach 3 tutorials over and over. Hope all is well Steve.

Hey Steve, ive watched your cnc videos for a couple years now. And had planned on building a jgro. About 9 months into that i found a craigslist deal on one a guy did a great job engineering. It has a32"x60" work surface. After nearly a year off and on working on it as i gathered the compinents and software to make it run, ive made 2 signs today. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and explaining things so well! I now have a hobby with few limits (except the ones mounted on machine 😁) and has potential to be self funding if not profitable. Happy Holidays bud! Andy Reid

CNC is really a neat thing to tinker with. I've been trying to learn Mach3 recently in preparation for making some signs with it.

Your cnc machine looks like Isel and I have that too. Are you using original motors and what is your controller?

Could it become part of the CNC machine? Help with automating some tasks... sanding, polishing? something that's not heavy duty. Assemble something? packaging gifts for lucky fans... it must be good for something.

Steve, why not program half the radius of the cutter holes in the corners of the rectangular slots leaving then leaving the corners without the radius as you descirbed
