For the record, Ups trucks don't have brown frames. I know for a fact, black and maybe rusty depending where they run out of. My experience our trucks were never washed. I'm building the same truck too. Like you it has been sitting around, now you have jumped ahead of me and you have more details. I got stuck with rear cab mounts.

Can't stands me no AMT tub gaps! Worth it to add details, eliminate seams, etc. since this engine will be seen. I Must see this brochure truck subject because my orig. issue Cruiseliner kit I got was mostly built in this same color - just kept dual axle, sleeper cab. Builder did good, clean work and polished aluminum parts, etc. so don't want to change it, just finish it correctly. Things such as interior color, cab stripes?

The truck I was planning on building was actually a Mack brochure truck. It has faded brown stripes and gold trim. Problem is, I only have pictures of the front of it so I can’t paint the stripes or have decals made.
