Fantastic video and I definitely learned a lot about the pros and cons for different machines for particular muscle groups. Next, I personally prefer the shorter/mininmal rests because I really like to get in and out of the gym. However, it really depends of the prior exercise. I'll be taking Maddie's dumbell glute workout for a spin later today. Please do wish me luck. Thanks again for another banger of a video and I look forward to next couple's workout!!!!

Why do I relate to this so much? My boyfriend has nice, round, plump, and giggly cheeks. They are what you call “bubble butt”. All natural. No sports nor exercises grew them. Whereas I am killing myself, destroying my body at the gym to try and grow half of what he has. Another thing that doesn’t help is that one of my gym buddies has a phhaaat ass, and he’s a guy too. :’)

I don't like to train my glute so much, and at the same time, I have an anxiety that due to the fact that I constantly train only quads and hammies, I will have an imbalance 😢

I don't train glutes much either, just hip thrusts but my butt grew a lot and it's probably from the leg workouts
