Excellent workout plan! It's a complete and comprehensive plan. It also works to those people who just wanna strength their body but don't wanna go to gym. Super like it!😀😀😀

This was awesome, looking forward to the rest of the driveway series! Just so you know though, the first demo video for high plank toe taps is just a white screen! Great video!

Finally he's back🧡🧡🧡🧡 Tony the pain n my kneecap hasn't gone away after an injury (dislocation) even thought i still do my strength training, any recommendations mate ?

Oh boy! That sounds nasty! I would recommend searching the knees over toes guy. Pretty sure he does some rehab exercises that might help. For now, When you are performing exercises, make sure you’re not going too far into pain - even if you can’t get much range without it hurting. Also stick to body weight exercises for now until you’re able to load pain free. It might take a while, but be patient 🧡

It’s up to you, my goal is to have a decent amount of workouts you can filter through. Depending on your schedule and how much you train you could do this 3 times per week. I’ve also done it twice in a row to extend the workout 👍

Love the idea of having the ball close. I can play football and chase the ball for 90 mins but when I have to just run I’m bored after 5.

The plan would be to also have recovery sessions too. But for the meantime, I’m going to be focusing on workouts 👍

(I dont know your name so im just going to say hey) Hey, How do you do your research? Because my knees always hurt after playing football or excersizing. can you help me with this or help me do research? I was thinking doing excersizes for my knees. but im also still growing alot so thats a reason my knees hurt but i thought maybe you knew something!( btw i love your videos they are good in a way that i havent seen before!!)

Do you have recommendations for slimming down thighs? I feel like I have too massive legs (without great shot strength and definitely without endurance. Also haven't been to a gym for years and play soccer 1-2x/week and bike a lot.

It’s hard to say to be honest. A lot of factors can contribute to larger legs. Having said that, If you’d like to get a harder shot, I’d recommend working a bunch of your technique - as most of the power comes from technique 👍

@thefootballfolk yeah, I'm working on that. My current best idea for slimming down my legs is to go on longer runs. But I really, really hate jogging 🙈
