I'm impressed by how much talking you did without providing any actual means of improving your ball striking ability. You literally never actually addressed technique to do so.

I don't know why, but for me, the volley is the easiest and most comfortable skill I have in my locker. i'm rubbish at dribbling, but I can hit any ball out of the air and hit it accurately. I was an opening batsman of some repute and can hit a cricket ball long from anywhere, maybe that's got something to do with it.

i wonder when chipping the goalie when 1v1 is going to make a comeback.. you dont even need to set yourself up the gap behind the goalkeeper is always huge. baffling how pretty much everyone these days goes for the post or shoots with power

Nice video. Unfortunately to much long, to much uneeded indormation. The real good (very good) is somewhere along the video. This video could (should) be half the the duration it has. I hope this contributes to improvement of your videos.

Just a question, about the conditioning, which foot is meant to be in the air? The weak or the strong one?
@andrehope22

the weak one is in the air because you are training the strong one to be the standing leg

Another small thing that instantly made my drills more successful was not starting too hard at the cone I am crossing, instead I look almost to the next cone, it helps me anticipate how far I need to place the ball on the current cone to set myself up well for the next. And this leads to a more intentional and well-placed touch which then helps to establish that rhythm you spoke of.
