how did you paint it?

Hi, there are some videos on my channel from about a year ago, but I did 3 things: 1. Rubbed some black ink over the wood. 2. Painted two coats of pink chalk paint. 3. Gave it two coats of wax. I gave it really light coverage with the paint, and some of it came off when I applied the wax. It was great fun to do. I am a total beginner at this, so I just did what I thought would look cool.
