They speak a decent amount of English, but if me explaining things in Spanish helps them better understand and we can get things done quicker and right the first time, then why not. Years back we would pick days where they would try to speak to me in only English and I would speak only in Spanish. It helped us both learn the languages.

We run a transfer tank using 7 pin trailer plug. You just put the red wire to auxiliary and boom you have a durable universal transfer without special wiring.

a tip for greasing machines is if you grease at the end of the day your more likely to get grease in all the grease zerks because if you grease after using the machine the fittings are warmed up and will take grease much better :) just a helpful tip for greasing machines I been a heavy equipment operator for about 20 years and I've learned alot of little tips and tricks about all kinds of machines haha

Rebar should be in the lower third, rebar is used to take the tension forces, since concrete is only strong for compressive forces. If you look at concrete as a beam and exaggerate the movement the lower half of the concrete would be in tension as the concrete "bends" and compressive in the top half. Enjoy your channel.

Did hardscaping and construction for a while as my first "real job", those compactors are handy but they're a pain to handle lol. We had a Ram 5500 dump body and it was a 2-3 man job to get it up in the bed without breaking one of us

I do a lot of grade work being that I do artificial grass. DG is okay but ABC is a much more solid base foundation. Doesn’t rinse out as it’s got less fines. Great work though, you’d be surprised how often I see concrete go down on top of raw dirt... love your vids bro!

If you have to realign the pin again hit it the other direction and use punch to turn it and tap it back in and if you have to you can use the punch again to fine align it once it's close.

If you see my maintenance golf cart setup you'd be amazed it's a two-person golf cart with a custom two-person dump bed trailer made out of an old golf cart perfect for hauling for people around the farm or Ranch top it all off the cart also has a dump bed so I got dual dump bed being able to Hall 4 people is convenient lot of fun until Parts break middle trying to get it back together and running again just replaced a $500 starter still no start got me confused
