Building The Perfect Landing Page (2023 Guide with Template)

Very comprehensive. But in marketing, a landing page is described differently. It's basically intended to achieve one goal - generate a lead, sell a single product, get the visitor to signup, etc. As such, navigation is removed, only one CTA is provided to narrow the options available to the visitor, and fundamentally, the goal is to keep the visitor on the page until they take the intended action. However, I must say that for a generic approach to designing a 'Homepage', you did pretty well. Thanks for sharing.

Nice! But adding the navigation on top makes my landing page look and feel busy (just like my website). Can I skip that part?

Hey thank-you for the comment, you can skip anything! if the foal is for aesthetics. But generally websites are built to convert (make money) skipping the navigation would confuse, and annoy users. Not only that you would also be penalised by Google. For good UI follow competitors who are doing the best in your sector. Some people opt for burger icons on larger desktops i would also avoid this. You want users to get where they need to go quickly. before they get uninterested. Design = Function over Form Art = Form over Function

I mean a landing page is a 1 time sale deal; it's not a recurrent service like for example SEO or Content writing. Correct me if I am wrong. Never have a navigation on a landing page. The CTA is the only link that should be there

As someone who has seen many landing pages I find it annoying if I cannot get more information about the company nor the founder especially if it is to purchase something

A landing page is designed to encourage a user to take a specific action. The LESS busy the page and the more specific the director to the reader the better. A navagation is NO NO. A hero image is great for a WEB page for on a landing page your image has to be congruient with the previous link the user just clicked from. What you describe here would NOT be a successful sales landing page and more of a HOME PAGE. You could change the title to avoid adding to the confusion in the internet marketing world. Sorry.
