We're building the world's smallest cross kart with a Zongshen 190cc 5 speed engine from a pit bike or Honda Trail 70. With 18 horsepower and a transmission, this small full suspension go kart should dominate the CarsandCameras Grand Prix, and be an absolute riot to ride.
Thanks for Watching!

Build a bending table . It has angle iron on two edges to make a 90. It is also flat. That's what we use when bending conduit for electric work . Saves a lot of time and frustration

When The Walking Dead first came out I was hooked and I counted the days every week until Sunday rolled around and I could get my fix. I did this for 6 years and I lost interest, that's another story. Now I am finding myself looking forward to new videos coming out from you guys and I get ridiculously excited when the notifications let me know a new one has been posted. So for that fellas I thank you very much. The videos are always very entertaining, full of humor and they generally remind me of myself when I was a kid of 10 or 11 years of age up until my late 20s when I worked on my bikes. Cheers and again, Thank You kindly. Much lover from Canada.

You can also use square tubing, cut along the length to create a saddle to make extra area to weld to, for the extra bracing where the jackshaft is, instead of angle iron, then plate across the gap in the tubing.

A cool thing about a jack shaft is the ability to take advantage of it to run small rear sprocket and to run your brakes from it so you don’t have low hanging stuff back there like the big rotor and caliper.

I'm wishing y'all would make a few builds outa the motors no one else builds. What I mean is like shaft driven bike/quad motors and riding lawnmower motors. Stuff super easy to come by. I know you did the bmw motor built I was thinking super budget builds. Kind a person could go to the scrap yard and find everything he/she needed. I think it would be a good.watch. maybe help a lot of people that dont have access to a lot of parts.

What a great idea. Some atv shocks would problably make it ride like a dream and could seriously extend suspension travel and comfort compared to the GPS ones. Also some chain guards are a great idea lol. I didn't here yall mention a roll cage or not but a removable one might be a cool idea. I hope this turns out to be more rideable than the bronco power wheels because id love to see it rip more often and against other projects. One more thing because im exited to see this. Ghpc's "sendy" has rear chain driven straight axle with some crazy articulation in it with limited chain issues. This could also be a cool idea to implement into this Kart at somepoint. Great video great idea i hope it all comes together

You just made a torsion bar rear axle. The x-brace is twisting and acting like an anti-roll bar. Since you have two rear shocks, it's all good. If you do crack the x-brace, replace it with smaller diameter solid bar to reduce stiffness and increase durability.

You want simple you could go old school on front suspension. Spring over king pin suspension like they did on carts in the 60s. You can use different weight spring for ride comfort or threaded king pin. Then just tighten down lock nut with washer to change spring bounce and wieght

Hi guys. I really like your enthusiastic approach around all your cool builds!!! Soooo, not to complain but if I may suggest a little adjustment; It takes like FIVE F..K..G MINUTES to make a workbench from scrap wood, no need no expensive hydraulic shaiiit Turn the blocs on the edge when you build, and the arms and legs hang down, this preloads the chassis so no soggy suspension and cut off behind the seat. Then triangulate the hell out of the legs, really really strong. Are those tubes made of conduit?? Look up a pc program on off-road geometry and so can you learn to get your angles right, OK. You can absolutely win races with this bad boy, and I will cheer for you, and not tell RGB or anyone!!!
