Epic finale! And don't listen to those folks asking for the next mega-build. I could hear the exhaustion in your voice. Take some time, recharge your batteries. Do some weekend builds if so moved. Then think about listening to those folks, because the end result is awesome! Or don't. You don't owe anyone. I so appreciate your effort, the journey, and being allowed to see the final results what ever comes next!

Sorry these projects are difficult for you Wyloch. I just want you to know they are SO satisfying to me. I love seeing the old classic dungeons come to life 🖤🖤🖤

As for Sir Bluto's name, the word _sans_ is French for _without._ Turns out using Google Translate, _sans pite_ is French for _no pity._ So he's _Sir Bluto the Pitiless._ Bluto was, of course, Popeye's arch enemy.
@benoitdemers19002 жыл бұрын
The Merciless would make more sense. The expression "sans pitié" refers more to mercy than pity, even though pity is "pitié" and mercy is "miséricorde" in french.

What? No announcement of the next build for another classic module, followed by instant regret? I expected more of you... What a great project. The playability of these large project may not be very high (at least not with my average groups), but boy does it look fun to make! And so inspiring again. I took a ton of ideas out of this six videos. Thanks a lot!

"Sans Pite" is an anglicanization of the french phrase "Sans Pitie" (accent omitted) which sort of means "Without Pity" although a better phrase would probably be "sans merci".

Sans Pite (or Pitie) means someone without mercy. It's a reference to Bruce Sans Pitie from Mallory's Arthur, except the name is Bluto, who's the bully from Popeye the Sailor.
