Totally photo bombed by green boots! hahahahahahahahaha LMAO! On a serious note, "What burns more fat?". Boosting your Metabolism! especially when you are fasted while training. All this, of course is preceded by consistent weight training and healthy eating to build and maintain growth of your muscle tissue. God really created the most amazing being. Our bodies are sustainable when taken care of. But isn't that just about everything? Great video. TY
