Sick jacket there, Mick! I wish I had the swag to pull it off The game room is awesome...that arcade cabinet is awesome with the wide setup. I've not seen that before The lounge area is pretty wild...I've never heard of speakers that are inside the wall. Interesting! The presence of that room is awesome when you walk in. The room seems very tall. I'd love some extra height in my setup Those AT panels looks awesome, but yowza on that pricing! This room is premium, so it makes sense that the owner went with top of the line Yes to some colorful elements in the theater room. We need more of this. Carpet is awesome as well! I love it! I love the idea of having a bar in the rear of the room. Would be awesome to have (and if I had friends over more often lol) Nice space to hide the AV gear. I believe you have reviewed the Zappiti...I need to go back and watch that one again. I wonder if the owner has an insurance plan just for the AV gear in the rack. Premium gear in there! Side note - is that a dog toy up by the screen? @ 7:12 😊 Cognac color on the Valencia is SICK! Dude - that LFE seems intense! Dat wall of sound...I hope to have a set someday. Star ceilings are a classy touch to a theater room. I need to look into this more. Another great install by Mick and his team and another great video by Tony!

Both are a factor in this scenario. You need long throw distance to meet the size, however the Sony projectors have a great throw ratio for closer distances than other projectors like JVC. The screen is an Encore screen - you can check out Sydney HIFI Monavale's website (link in description).

I'm worried about the height, like how high do you need to put your screen from the floor actually? Thx for the advice btw and nice video as always...
@BuildMontage Жыл бұрын
That’s a difficult one. It will depend on the projector and the throw angle and distance. You can use the projector calculator (Google those two words) and the website will show and you can calculate. You will need a decently bright projector for that distance.
@gojiplusone Жыл бұрын
@@BuildMontage I'm eyeing for Epson EB-PU1007W (7000 lumens), I've already checked at Projector Central and it delivers serious amount of nits and got good lens shift capability too, which I assume is what you mean by throw angle (?) So for the room dimension, screen size, and projector, is that the only consideration? And for context, it's for a small-scale independent cinema instead of personal home theater.
