The small Allen key is for setting your trigger overtravel.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! If you live in a restricted state with magazine capacity issues, Colorado is 15 limit. Bul Armory will send you a 10 magazine round vice stock 16, no in between which isn’t listed on their site. I don’t know too many folks who buy a double stacked 1911 gun with a magazine capacity of 10 for $1500, there’s too many options at single stack on same platform for 50%+ the monies savings. No compensation offered either, they stated to purchase mags at neighboring states on my dime, lol!

Anyone else having noticeable difficulty with reinserting the slide stop when reassembling their Bul Armory SAS II TAC 4.25 like me? Any suggestions is much appreciated. (Bul Armory customer service is failing to get back with me to assist me with the slide stop issue I'm experiencing.)

@@lightwaters I do like the the grip. It has just enough texturing to give you a good grip but it's not too rough. The grip the length is a perfect fit in the hand. I am very pleased with the grip.

@@lightwaters WHEN You find one . After you get it . Contact bul armory and ask if you can get the longer grip . They will require you return the current grip and they will replace it with the 19 rounder . That's what I did , with the standard UL /

This isn’t the standard SAS. It comes from Bul with that comp.

They did ask if I'd like to be added to their follow up list. Maybe I should've requested so. I thought it was just to let me know when they're shipped out to another dealer.

Staccato IMHO. It's a US company that is going nowhere, having previously been STI. Great customer support and parts availability. This gun does not take normal 2011 mags or any other common mags. You are stuck with proprietary. Grip seems different than normal 2011, so you can't buy replacements or change it out for something else. There are some new 2011 style guns coming to market soon, though. I'm excited about the Girsan Witness "2311". It won't be as nice as a Staccato, though.

I own both, and I can tell you, with all confidence, that the BUL UL Comp 3.25" is a better shooting gun in almost every regard! It shoot's flatter; it's lighter, which is remarkable, given my last statement. Its trigger beats the Staccato's by a mile--in both pull weight and material; it's aluminum, unlike the Staccato's, which is polymer, and the BUL's trigger shoe is modular, meaning that you can swap it out easily, without disassembling the grip. Plus, it's truly optics ready, out of the box, unlike the Staccato, which, while red dot capable, is not, in fact, optics ready, because you have to go out and buy your preferred optics plate (for an extra $160). And, while I know that the BUL is only cut for the RMSc footprint, at least it comes with the plate! And despite the fact that the BUL is made in Israel and the Staccato is made in the USA, BUL Armory has a distribution center in Miami, FL, and if it's listed as in stock on their website and you order it, you'll have it in a few days, because they don't do lead times, unlike Staccato...

You spend 1/3 of the video talking about patches, stickers, zip baggies, red dot plates, screwdrivers, why your red dot won’t mount on it, the bag it comes in and THEN you finally get around to mentioning what 99.9% of those that clicked on the link actually came here to see….the actual pistol. I never will understand the thought process of doing a video this way. At least you got some rad new stickers to put on your lunchbox though!! Enjoy!!

I was wondering why you waste so much time before you actually talk about what every single person that clicked on this video wants to learn about…..the actual PISTOL. Once you get done with the stickers, cards and brochures, you make your way to the pistol……finally!! Well, no, not yet. Then you have to tell us about that “T” wrench thing and how it’s used to adjust those sights. OK, now we get to learn about the pistol, right??? Well, ummm NO. Then we get to hear about the red dot sight and the mounting plate. By that time I had enough. I left the video and will find another user that’s willing to tell us about the Bul 3.25 Comp.
