@logandemaio 10,000 lev isn't going to get you much unfortunately. Might be worth having a look on Davey's FB page mentioned below but please bear in mind that 10k would buy you a full renovation project and building materials are not cheap here.

@DavidCali123 okay, so if you are a non-EU national (or not bulgarian, but I THINK non EU) you cannot buy land in Bulgaria. If you wanted an apartment at the beach that's no problem, you can buy that. But if you want land, even a small garden, you open a small company. It's easy and only costs about €3-400. Then technically the company owns the land and you are leasing it. Some people who are selling up will sell you their company as well, or you can do it from scratch. In our area, i can recommend a translator/ "fixer" who helps do this for you.

Also, you will need to enter a tax return on that company every year - if you buy a house / car through your company that tax year you will pay a fee (a percentage of its worth) but otherwise it's just paying an accountant to enter a nil return. Be aware that as part of the process you need to open a company bank account. Make sure you close that down once your purchase is complete or you will end up owing fees on it like we do! We opened ours at the other end of the country and really don't want to trek over to close it and pay all our back fees!
