Great Video, definitely going to try this when I get the chance. What weight are the bags are you guys using in this video?

Thank you! Imran is using 12kg (red straps), while I'm on 15kg (grey straps)

What weight bags were you using here?

I think it was 12 for Imran, and 15 kg for myself

@Bags & Grit Strength Club any thoughts on a starting weight? Can one safely start with the 15kg in your opinion vs the lighter one? I do mace & kettlebell training so I understand a light bag in this case can whip your butt in short order, but my focus is developing power over conditioning alone. The mobility especially thoracic & shoulder is definitely a benefit as well. For reference I am a bit fluffy but 5'9" & 215#. I am 44 but do do single handed 40kg kettlebell.swings & Turkish Get Ups as I know there is a good bit of carryover between the two modalities. What do you feel is the best reason or reasons to add the bag to your training especially if you already use a mace & or kettlebells?
