standard bag sizes are 11, 17, 26, 37, 50 pounds. Those are 50. IBBC recommends start with a 26 to get bag technique right then move up.

I was told the heavyweight wrestlers Ivan trains typically use the 37 lb bag in training , and that few went through his training with the 50 lb bag .

@suplestraining Disagree . We make these - cost around £6 or $10 and the do the same thing. Inner tube - sand and cable ties. Interestingly loads of people do this. Your bags look great but simply are not that much better than a cheap home made version.

The Bulgarian Bag design has slightly changed since then, however, our Suples Original Bulgarian Bag in Genuine Leather still has the colored straps that indicate the weight of the bag.
