Hi Chef, thank you so much for the different dishes. May I ask for one favor: can you please, please add the amount of ingredients or the weight of the pepper onion or other condiments. I tried one of your recipes and it didn’t come out right for me. I am heavy handed with the spices. So if you can, please let us know how much of everything we need. Thank you in advance and I hope to be able to make so yummy dishes like yours.
