Hell yeah, gunbird 2 has been one of my favorite games ever since I first played it on MAME and later ps2. Hits the psikyo sweet spot along with strikers 2 and dragon blaze for me. These switch ports make me very happy. Especially for the previously very unavailable dragon blaze.

I'd been wondering what triggered the high value coins! Awesome! I love these Psikyo ports, but I feel like Zerodiv really need called out over the scoreboards. Not so much the lack of online (although that would be nice), but more for not having different ones for each level. They had it in Zero Gunner 2 - so why have they stopped?

The 1 player tag team mode is a nice touch. The Dreamcast version has that too.

Dang...no Morrigan. That's my go to on the DC. Overall..it's a great play and the combo storymode will keep you playing to see how everyone ends up. And for this cheap...gotta do it.

We understand why Morrigan isn't in anything but the DC version though. We have the Japanese version and it, due to its added VO, is the definitive one. That said, this version of the game is still well worth having for eight bucks.

Good overview! I have the North American DC version, but I will probably still spring for this due to the convenience, plus I backed the Flip Grip, so I kinda want to see how it will play.

We backed the Flip Grip as well, on day-1. You wouldn't believe how many tweets we got about it, hahah. For eight bucks, it's a great version to have , especially for the single-player, double-character story scenes!

It all depends on licensing. Hamster does games on all major systems (like ACA Neo Geo and so forth) but ZeroDiv seems to only be publishing shooters on Switch. Some Hamster ACA games are only on Playstation too, so it goes both ways.
