how did I live without this? Not big on planners since I always get them at a bad time (middle of the yr), or wanted to get blank planners where you can fill in the dates but they are expensive. I've looked at other videos but love yours. So simple and makes me so refreshed cause yaas!

I finally understand bullet journaling lol. My life is organized by post-it's and scribbles on my mirrors with dry erase markers, so I won't be doing this anytime soon but I do enjoy looking at pretty pictures of people's bullet journals all neat & fancy.

Others were more on the logistic side, and sometimes I got a little intimidated by how theirs was so perfect and neat.

I loved this video. I recently started a bullet journal and while I love it, I've found I've been stressing myself out about needing to make it more pretty, with creative headings and doodles. Im just not creative in that way. I hadn't thought of using a thicker marker for headings, or using coloured markers for the edge of pages. Genius. Time to go to the stationary supply store!

I'm definitely all about this. I graduate from college in May and it'll be so nice to be able to transition from regular planners into a bullet journal since I always feel like I never use my planner as religiously when I'm not in class and only using it to track my assignments and whatnot. Yay! This is one of the best bullet journals video I have watched in a while. I started using this system about 4 months ago and struggled to find a way to have it organized. Happy New Year Rachel!! i've been bullet journaling for about half a year now and if anything your video just perked me up and got me all the more motivated to go "old school" and pick up some colorful gel pens ( didn't even know they still sold those gems!! ) and felt tip markers and stickers to make my bullet journal fun again ^_^. My sun sign of Virgo makes lists orgasmic to me and bullet journaling is such a great way to a more focused yet free way of living. The fun script, colors, x's and o's make chores more fun to complete. My current journal has lines which I didn't want sooooo obvi with the new year and all its ok to splurge on a fresh one like yours *wink wink* can't wait to check out the colors! haha well that's the good thing aobut the bujo! you don't really need to plan cause you just start writing. having everything laid out will help you learn the process of planning and moving things around once it's all in front of you :)

Yes!! I think it's hard to a perfectionist to work out their system, but I think once you get the hang of it, the new one WILL be perfect to your standards :) sometimes it's fun to let loose tho - loose with structure.

It didn't occur to me to add the number of squares into the key!💡I just started setting mine up yesterday and I kept losing count trying to keep my eyes focused on the dots.
