I get people asking me questions on DieseTechRon.com about the steps I leave out on the shorter videos, so I made one that covers the complete install from start to finish. I know it's long but people had a lot of questions.

Today, its 2022 and after turning wrenches on gas hi-po and race cars for over 40 years, I'm now retired and have to provide service on my one and only vehicle, a 6.0 Powerstroke. In recent years, I've replaced the turbo, injectors as well as a variety of sensors and other service projects. Earlier this year, I deducted that it was time for a new oil cooler and EGR cooler and last week, it became time to address this without delay so I returned to KZbin and found this video. This video IS the FINAL WORD on performing this replacement. I wish I could have known Ron when he was still with us. His videos are brilliant and whenever I've needed to research or perform any service on this truck, I've always seeked out Ron's videos for the best assistance........still after so many years since his passing, he's still helping hundreds and hundreds of us working on our own 6.0s. God bless him and to all his survivors and family. And if you're about to tackle any project on a 6.0 Turbo and find a video by Ron, rest assured you've found all and the very best help you'll need to complete whatever project it is that you're preparing to tackle. RIP, Ron.

I know Ron is gone, but if anyone in his family still looks at these comments, they should know Ron's videos are still a gold mine and much appreciated. Ron's loss is all the more sad because he seemed like a genuinely good, generous, honest, kind soul and hard worker. RIP friend.

ATTENTION!!! I wish there was the "DONATE" option to benefit Ron's widow & family. His KZbin video collection benefits us all and are the absolute best when it comes to Ford 6.0 diesels. If the option to donate becomes available it is my hope that we all contribute to his family in his memory.

To the family of Ron. First off my condolences. I recently just bought my first diesel. Researching the main issues led me to see Ron's videos. I can't tell you how much he has helped me. When I read that he passed my heart broke. Although it was years ago having just met him through his videos I mourned. Ron is a special man, it takes a certain (word) to be a teacher. Not only was his instruction precise and dumb downed for a not even close to a mechanic (me) it was as if his guidance was made just for me. I'm not sure if you will read this but in the chance that you do I pray that your hearts are at peace and I thank you (all of you) that shared in his life. Most of all I want you to know how much I appreciate him. Ron is the utmost of what I try to do in life : Always teach with love. God bless you.

RIP Ron. I just purchased my first diesel and although you may not be here with us anymore your videos, knowledge, and legacy will be helping people for many years to come. I wish I had the chance to thank you while you were here but instead I'll thank you for looking after my 6.0 from above bro! Rest In Peace Ron

As an original owner of a 2003 6.0 I have been watching Ron’s videos for many, many years. Great resource. Saved me lots of $$ as I’ve been working on cars since I was a kid. I hope his family keeps his legacy alive. I lost my older sister unexpectedly this April 2024. She also lived in Hemet, CA. She was only 54. RIP Ron and Maundy.

Thank you for this video to teach us. Not everyone can afford to pay dealers or shop prices, so we need to do major maintenance ourselves. I was successful doing this because of you! We miss you, man. Thank you for your family too.

I don't even own a Ford and I would rather watch these than a Hollywood produced action movie!

Over 700k views on KZbin, and I must have watched this video at least 100 times while doing my 6.0. His explanations are so clear and to the point. It bothers me that he is gone from this world. But the knowledge that he shared and that I now have - Thanks to him - have served me well. Sometimes I find myself asking, "OK Ron, what do I do now?" And the answer comes to me. Sometimes I feel like he is watching while I work on my truck. Like a Guardian Mechanic Angel. God Bless you Ron. Yours was a life well lived.

Your wife is a trooper for standing there and filming you for 2 hours. Mine wouldve said "Um, No, get a tripod."

Ron has Helped me So much. I want to send some cash to his estate/wife/family. We as a ford 6.0 community should all donate money to his family after all how many times has this man helped each one of us out of a jam and not to mention the savings in repair cost ??? My conscience wont let me keep "not doing something" God bless him !

This guy is such a huge blessing to the 6.0 community. He deserves a free truck or some sort of award for all his efforts to educate others.
