Did a quick scroll at the comments below. I honestly don't understand the hostility. "Sleazy", "liar"...wow. Dave's products work and practically saved me from a zombie-fied state I was quickly devolving into, after first languishing in the deathly mist of foggy-headedness and extreme tiredness years prior. I'm a single mother with my own business to run whilst finishing an MBA, & within a few months of this insanely delicious Bulletproof coffee + supplements, I'm back on track! (And training for a marathon, too!)

Made three batches, used honey. No problems, taste good. You don't need a lot, 50-60 grams is plenty for a serving. A batch yeilds about 475-550 grams. Dependeing how much you leave behind in the blender and maker.

You can make it without an ice cream maker! I just uploaded a video on how to make it perfectly (meaning great scooping consistency straight out the fridge) at home without an ice cream maker or doing the bag/shake thing.

You should always slow cook the egg yolks when using them for ice cream. This method dave shows can lead to salmonella poisoning. I hope you all do the zabaglione method then make ice cream using it.
