I utilise this medley. My version is KB for waiter's walk and rack (different weights), I add a DB for a suitcase carry, and finish with a trap bar for the Farmer's walk.

Depending on your lifting history 12-16kg KBs is a good place to start, but if you have never lifted KBs start with 8kg

Sounds a little risky on a treadmill. Better to just march on the spot.
This is a scalable way for anyone beginner to advanced to be able to access complexes. All the tools you mentioned are awesome but may be to advanced for people to start with.
