Yes. That's done by the production and distribution companies. There are about twenty titles for this particular film, for showing in different countries. Some are a correct translation of the original, but half of them use such a variation, and occasionally something completely different.

Yes. a great good hearted movie. I love thes old movies since I was 11. Thats why I had such a crazy paintball career. The chance to prove I was the quick and smart, or the dead. I was great at paintball. And undisputed paint ball free for all champion four 14 years. Til a kid I let go turned and shot me.. Never have mercy on an outlaw. in a gunfight. I even wiped entire teams a couple time solo.. No I wasnt pro. Just best gunslinger in my part of Texas. Wasnt interested in tournaments. I got to salty. Took the fun out. But that was when we had bolt actions and pump guns only. I still left a trail of wasted enemys in the semi era. But our group dwindled and our feild gave out. I have been compared to superman once. But I had two deadly cunning amigos, who we had each others 6. Most times it was us three vs up to fifteen. I even wasted police and army. Yeah I am bragging. But it is 100% truth. I had a passion beyond beleif for the game. But as I aged it died. Gave all my stuff to OP who still cared free. I had my day!

This was one of the many Spaghetti Westerns made in the Sixties and Seventies. Acting skill was not required - the characters were placed in each scene and given simple dialogue to push a simple plot. Usually, as in this film, the actions throughout the film were unrealistic and filled with improbabilities - such as the scene where Cameron hauls the criminals into an attic where a huge rope and tackle just happened to be on hand. Cameron was B-Western star who acted his parts as if he had just memorized the script - sort of like reciting the lines and looking the part. Spaghetti Westerns demeaned the American Western as it was developed through the 30s, 40s, and 50s. The films of those three centuries were not Award Winners (with obvious exceptions: Giant, High Noon, East of Eden, and a few of John Wayne's flicks. Westerns with stars like Ida Lupino, Robert Mitchum, Richard Widmark, Glenn Ford, Gregory Peck, Burt Lancaster, and Barbara Stanwyck were examples of how good stories with brilliant scripts were enhanced with backdrop and setting of the Wild West. Additionally, the great Westerns always had a host of terrific character actors in supporting roles that provided the comedy and serious depth of the plot. Some of those were Buddy Ebsen, Thelma Ritter, Arthur Kennedy, Ben Johnson, Burgess Meredith, Dan Duryea (one of the best), Edgar Buchanan (starred in many of the more memorable Westerns). Films such as this one with Rod Cameron, did much to diminish the appeal of the classic Western, and helped bring about its demise. It's too bad, because the Western did much to educate Americans about their country's progress and of its people from the 18th to the 20th century. It provided fine demonstrations of human interaction under the stress of settling in rugged country, of dealing with lawlessness, of presenting fantastic examples of bravery and love, of sadness and disappointment. It was a fantastic backdrop to highlight the best and the worst of mankind. And finally - it was the Western provided the impetus for greater film technology and special effects that brought moviegoers to theaters where the screens were larger and enhanced to help promote the film's themes.
