Another good video. I think I would have tried to get a thicker gasket or doubled up on the gasket with silicone in between the 2 layers. Good Job

I would have added fiberglass (2-3 sheets) on the back to give it additional rigidity. Then silicone it and you should be good. Had to do that on my tub a few years back.

worst part about the leak is, you don't know if it works until it is up and running and 250 gallons later....i would have done similar, maybe tried 2 gaskets, one on each side of the fiberglass between the jet on the water side and the nut on the air side...OR you could try the Billy Mays Flex Seal Bull S%*! for the Bull Frog spa...LOL
